“Understand the language of animals and you will know the voice of God.” ~  Jettie York

Our custom designed facility offers many amenities not commonly found in one place anywhere in our area. Our facility is monitored by ADT for fire and security and we have a live-in caretaker onsite who makes sure that all our horses are safe, healthy, and content. Below is a pictorial tour and brief descriptions of our facility’s features.

Our barn has seventeen 12 X 12 stalls with automatic waterers, hayracks, and corner feeders in each stall. Owner provided fans and heat lamps may be installed for your horses’ comfort during those months when temperatures swing. Stalls are bedded with clean wood shavings as needed and cleaned daily.

All of our barn’s amenity rooms are heated and air-conditioned. We have a main lounge area with comfortable seating, cable TV/VCR, an informal table and chairs to share a meal during inclement weather, or to use for that special equine project. There is a full kitchen with laundry facilities, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a deep utility sink. There are two bathrooms; one containing a shower. Our second bathroom has wheelchair and handicap access.

Attached to most stalls we offer built-in private lockable tackroom storage closets - the ultimate convenience. Our centrally located wash rack/grooming stalls are an appreciated barn feature. They accommodate up to 3 horses at a time for grooming, washing or tacking up and have hot water access and floor drainage.

Extended off the back of our barn is a large, covered, and lighted arena. Just outside the arena gate is a wheelchair and handicap accessible mounting platform.

We also have a lighted outdoor arena/jump field and a wooden round pen. Both arenas and our round pen have crumb rubber footing for dust control.

All pastures are secured with Vinyl Centaur Fencing with Electric Wire. There is running water in each pasture and paddock.

There are 30 acres of pasture and turnout that are comprised of a mixture of Coastal Bermuda and Millet grass.
